Senator Tim Kelly requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                 
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 40(RLS) am Proposing                               
amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska providing that           
the governor and lieutenant governor be elected by a majority vote;            
and changing the term of office of the governor and lieutenant                 
governor, be taken up. The resolution was before the Senate on                 
reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Tim Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent that the                   
resolution be held to the April 18 calendar. Without objection, it was         
so ordered.
